Digital Product, Course & Subscription Agreement

Effective Date: August 20, 2026

This Digital Product, Course & Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase, access, and use of all online courses, digital products, memberships, subscriptions, training materials, videos, downloadable resources, educational content, and related services offered by Goat Academy (“Goat Academy,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, subscribing to, accessing, or using any Goat Academy product, course, membership, website, platform, or digital material, you (“Customer,” “Member,” “Student,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Digital Products and Course Access

Goat Academy provides online educational products and services that may include:

  1. Online courses
  2. Educational videos
  3. Training programs
  4. Digital downloads
  5. Templates and resources
  6. Membership areas
  7. Community access
  8. Monthly subscription programs
  9. Recorded or live educational sessions
  10. Additional digital educational materials

The specific products, features, and level of access included with your purchase will be described on the applicable sales page, checkout page, order form, or product description.

Access may require the creation of a user account and may be delivered through Goat Academy or a third-party learning or membership platform.

2. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

ALL PURCHASES MADE THROUGH GOAT ACADEMY ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS EXPRESSLY REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Because Goat Academy provides immediate access to proprietary digital education, information, intellectual property, training materials, and/or membership resources, Goat Academy does not provide refunds based on:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Failure to use or complete a course
  3. Lack of participation
  4. Scheduling conflicts
  5. Failure to achieve a desired result
  6. Accidental purchases
  7. Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
  8. Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations
  9. Customer financial circumstances

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to remove any non-waivable consumer rights or refund rights that may apply under applicable law.

3. Monthly Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Certain Goat Academy products may be offered as recurring monthly subscriptions.

By purchasing a monthly subscription, you authorize Goat Academy and its payment processor to automatically charge the payment method provided at checkout on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is cancelled.

Your subscription will automatically renew each billing period unless you cancel it before your next scheduled billing date.

4. Customer Is Responsible for Cancellation

You are solely responsible for cancelling your monthly subscription.

Subscriptions must be cancelled by you through the account, membership portal, billing portal, or cancellation method provided by Goat Academy.

Failure to use the service, failure to log into your account, or failure to participate in the program does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Sending a message, failing to attend, ceasing participation, removing an application, or simply stopping use of Goat Academy does not constitute cancellation unless Goat Academy expressly confirms otherwise.

If you do not cancel your subscription before the next billing date, your subscription may renew and your payment method may be charged for another billing period.

Charges resulting from a failure to cancel before renewal are subject to the No Refund Policy described above, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

You should retain confirmation of your cancellation for your records.

5. Billing Authorization

By purchasing a Goat Academy subscription or product, you represent that:

  1. You are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
  2. The payment information you provide is accurate.
  3. You authorize Goat Academy and its third-party payment providers to process applicable charges.
  4. You understand that recurring subscriptions will continue until properly cancelled.

You are responsible for maintaining current billing information.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a recurring payment is declined, Goat Academy or its payment processor may attempt to process the payment again.

Goat Academy may suspend or terminate access to courses, memberships, communities, materials, or other services until outstanding amounts are paid.

You remain responsible for any amounts legitimately due before cancellation or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All Goat Academy content is owned by or licensed to Goat Academy and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other laws.

This includes, without limitation:

  1. Course videos
  2. Training materials
  3. Presentations
  4. Documents
  5. Worksheets
  6. Templates
  7. Graphics
  8. Branding
  9. Written materials
  10. Frameworks
  11. Systems
  12. Processes
  13. Recorded calls
  14. Downloads
  15. Website content
  16. Community content
  17. Proprietary educational methods

Purchasing a Goat Academy product gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal or internal educational purposes.

Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of Goat Academy intellectual property to you.

8. Prohibited Use

Unless Goat Academy gives you prior written permission, you may not:

  1. Copy or reproduce Goat Academy courses or materials for resale.
  2. Sell, sublicense, distribute, or redistribute Goat Academy materials.
  3. Share your account credentials with another individual.
  4. Provide unauthorized third parties with access to paid content.
  5. Upload paid Goat Academy content to file-sharing platforms or public websites.
  6. Record or redistribute private course sessions without authorization.
  7. Republish course materials as your own.
  8. Create derivative training products substantially based upon Goat Academy proprietary materials for commercial resale.
  9. Remove Goat Academy copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

Unauthorized sharing or distribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject the responsible party to legal action.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You agree to notify Goat Academy if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.

Goat Academy may suspend accounts where there is reasonable evidence of credential sharing, unauthorized redistribution, fraudulent activity, or misuse.

10. Educational Purposes Only

Goat Academy products are provided for educational and informational purposes.

Goat Academy does not guarantee that participation in any course, membership, or training program will produce any specific financial, professional, business, educational, personal, or other result.

Your results depend on numerous factors, including your effort, implementation, experience, circumstances, market conditions, decision-making, and other factors outside Goat Academy’s control.

11. No Earnings or Results Guarantee

Any testimonials, examples, case studies, revenue figures, business results, performance examples, or other success stories presented by Goat Academy are illustrative only.

They do not constitute a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

You accept full responsibility for how you implement any information obtained through Goat Academy.

12. Third-Party Services

Goat Academy may use third-party services to operate its courses, memberships, payment systems, communications, analytics, websites, communities, or other services.

These may include payment processors, learning-management platforms, hosting providers, email platforms, analytics providers, customer relationship management systems, and similar service providers.

Your use of these third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Collection and Use of Data

When you purchase, access, or use Goat Academy products and services, Goat Academy may collect information including:

  1. Name
  2. Email address
  3. Telephone number
  4. Billing information
  5. Transaction history
  6. Account information
  7. Course activity
  8. Login and usage information
  9. Device and browser information
  10. Communications with Goat Academy
  11. Marketing preferences
  12. Website activity
  13. Information voluntarily submitted through forms, surveys, communities, or support requests

Goat Academy may use this information to:

  1. Create and administer your account.
  2. Process purchases and subscriptions.
  3. Provide access to products and services.
  4. Deliver customer support.
  5. Communicate service-related information.
  6. Improve courses, products, marketing, and customer experience.
  7. Maintain security and prevent fraud.
  8. Analyze service usage and performance.
  9. Comply with applicable legal obligations.
  10. Send marketing communications where permitted by law and based on applicable consent requirements.

14. Data Protection and Security

Goat Academy takes reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or destruction.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Goat Academy’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection and privacy laws.

Goat Academy does not sell personal information except where such activity is specifically disclosed and permitted under applicable law.

Payment card information may be processed directly by third-party payment processors. Goat Academy may not directly store complete payment card information.

No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security, but Goat Academy will use commercially reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information being processed.

15. Marketing Communications

Where legally permitted, Goat Academy may use contact information provided by you to send information about courses, products, services, updates, promotions, events, or related opportunities.

Where required, marketing communications will include an appropriate method for unsubscribing or changing communication preferences.

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent Goat Academy from sending transactional or service-related communications regarding your purchases, billing, account, security, or active membership.

16. Customer Responsibility for Technology

You are responsible for maintaining compatible internet access, devices, software, email access, passwords, and other technology necessary to access Goat Academy products.

Temporary interruptions caused by third-party systems, internet providers, maintenance, platform providers, or circumstances beyond Goat Academy’s reasonable control do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.

17. Termination of Access

Goat Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its products or services where a customer:

  1. Violates this Agreement.
  2. Shares or redistributes proprietary materials.
  3. Engages in fraudulent payment activity.
  4. Harasses Goat Academy personnel, instructors, contractors, or community members.
  5. Engages in unlawful activity involving Goat Academy services.
  6. Attempts to compromise Goat Academy systems or accounts.
  7. Materially abuses the services.

Where access is terminated because of a violation of this Agreement, no refund will be provided except where required by applicable law.

18. Modifications to Products

Goat Academy may update, modify, reorganize, replace, add, or remove course lessons, digital resources, platform functionality, instructors, software, community features, or other elements of its products as reasonably necessary.

Such modifications do not automatically constitute grounds for a refund.

19. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOAT ACADEMY AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF GOAT ACADEMY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOAT ACADEMY’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO GOAT ACADEMY FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goat Academy and its owners, employees, affiliates, representatives, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of Goat Academy materials, violation of this Agreement, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorized distribution of Goat Academy intellectual property.

21. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Goat Academy regarding legitimate billing questions before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Initiating a fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate chargeback does not eliminate amounts legitimately owed under this Agreement.

Goat Academy reserves the right to provide this Agreement, purchase records, login records, cancellation records, communications, digital-access records, and other relevant transaction information to payment processors, banks, or financial institutions when responding to payment disputes.

Nothing in this section restricts a customer’s lawful right to dispute genuinely unauthorized or incorrect transactions.

22. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Atlanta, Georgia, the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any additional dispute-resolution terms published by Goat Academy.

23. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

24. Changes to This Agreement

Goat Academy may update this Agreement periodically.

The version applicable to a transaction will generally be the version presented or made available at the time of purchase, except where changes are required by law or apply prospectively to ongoing services.

For recurring subscriptions, material changes will be communicated when required by applicable law.

25. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with Goat Academy’s applicable Privacy Policy, checkout terms, product descriptions, and any other terms expressly incorporated into the purchase, constitutes the agreement between you and Goat Academy concerning the applicable digital products or services.

26. Acceptance

By selecting an acceptance checkbox, clicking a purchase button, creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise purchasing or accessing a Goat Academy product or service, you acknowledge that you:

  1. Have read this Agreement.
  2. Understand the recurring billing terms where applicable.
  3. Understand that monthly subscriptions continue until cancelled.
  4. Understand that you are responsible for cancelling your own subscription.
  5. Understand and accept the No Refund Policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
  6. Understand the limitations regarding sharing and redistribution of Goat Academy materials.
  7. Consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in this Agreement and the Goat Academy Privacy Policy.
